What is Gotek Smart Watch ?
Gotek Smart Watch is able to track patient’s movement, measure health vitals, two-way calling, SOS emergency button, electronic fence, step counter, and calorie measurements; also sends notifications and alarms such as, predefined limits of health vitals, fall detection, tamper / no measurements notification, alarm reminders and SOS notification.
How does Gotek Smart Watch work ?
Gotek Smart Watch needs a SIM Card from your local operator to function. This means a 4G SIM Card has to be inserted into the watch to send the watch readings to your Gotek Cloud Web / Mobile application.
What is the accuracy of Gotek Smart Watch ?
Gotek Smart Watch has high accuracy sensors for health vitals to give the most accurate readings as possible with the highest technology sensors available. ± 0.1 body temperature measurement accuracy and 90% – 94% Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, Blood Pressure.

- Measurements’ accuracy may be affected by different factors, such as how close is the watch to the skin and how loose is the strap, also the state of the user while taking measurements. For best vital measurements, user is recommended to stay at a still relaxed position, in a stable state.
- In order to achieve proper measurement, fasten the strap fairly tight. The strap should not cause discomfort, but should maintain constant contact with the skin. Recommended to wear 2 cm above the wrist.
- Gotek Smart Watch is NOT a medical device and NOT be used for a medical diagnosis. Gotek Smart Watch will give you the most accurate idea of your health vitals for you/care giver/doctor to keep track and monitor.
Can I connect Gotek Smart Watch to my Smart Phone ?
No, Gotek’s Smart Watch ideology is to create a watch that is a complete stand-alone and separate device from the smart phone.
Can I send and receive calls with my Gotek Smart Watch ?
Yes, since you need a valid GSM SIM Card from your local operator, you can start a call by selecting the dialer pad on the watch or selecting a contact from the phone book.
***Note: to setup the phone book you need to download Gotek Smart Watch Mobile App or login from the Gotek Cloud Web Portal.
Do I Need a GSM SIM Card for Gotek Smart Watch ?
Yes, you will need a 4G Internet enabled GSM SIM Card from your local operator, not only to send and receive calls, but also to be able to connect to the Web Portal and Gotek Smart Watch App.
How to connect my Blutooth Headphones to Gotek Smart Watch ?
Yes, to connect your Bluetooth Headphones:
- First time connecting:
- Turn on your Bluetooth Headphones.
- Go to watch setting – Bluetooth – Open Bluetooth – Search device.
- Choose the corresponding Bluetooth headphone from devices list.
- Second time connecting:
- Turn on your Bluetooth Headphones.
- Choose the corresponding Bluetooth Headphone from devices list.
Can I use my Gotek Smart Watch without registering to the web portal or downloading the mobile app ?
Yes you are able to use the watch and monitor your health vitals such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and body temperature; Also you’ll be able to send and receive calls, and receive SMS.
Some other features such as phone book, setting reminders and thresholds of vitals, tracking, and more features are only available through the web portal and mobile app.
Where can I find my IMEI number ?
You can find your IMEI number printed on the box or from the settings menu.
Note: You need to enter your IMEI during registration in the web portal and mobile app.
